Book Sharing Event - MIST Readers Club

On 03 October 2024, the Readers Club, under the supervision of the NAME Department, organized a book distribution event at the MIST central cafeteria, offering students a refreshing break from their academic routines. This initiative, held during campus hour, aimed to nurture a love for reading by giving students access to books in various genres beyond their typical coursework. Students could borrow books from captivating fiction to timeless classics with the opportunity to return and exchange them later, making it a unique, rotating collection to keep them engaged.

The event drew an enthusiastic crowd, with students excitedly browsing the wide range of books available. The Head of NAME Dept attended the event, expressing his appreciation for the club's efforts. He praised the Readers Club members for their dedication to build a more well-rounded educational environment. Through this initiative, the Readers Club reinforced the value of literature in cultivating thoughtful, balanced individuals while encouraging a spirit of mutual support and curiosity across campus.
