Agreement Signing Ceremony Between MIST and Pathao Strengthens Industry–Academia Collaboration
The Agreement Signing Ceremony between the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) and the leading ride-sharing platform Pathao was successfully held today at 11:00 AM in a well-organized and cordial environment.
From MIST, Colonel Abu Sadat Mohammad Tanvir, afwc, psc, Director of Students’ Welfare and Major Shafiqul Hasan Rafi, Sigs, GSO-2, were present at the ceremony. From Pathao, Md. Foyej, Manager, Partnership & PR, Marketing, along with three other officials, attended the program.
The ceremony marked an important step toward strengthening industry–academia collaboration, with a focus on enhancing student mobility services, promoting safe and technology-driven ride-sharing solutions.
Both parties expressed their commitment to working closely for mutual growth, innovation, and improved transportation services for the MIST community.
This agreement is expected to open new avenues for students and all level of MIST officials by providing 20% discounted ride-sharing services through Pathao, while also enhancing their practical understanding of technology-driven mobility platforms.
